Consultations can be provided face to face, as E consultations via Skype [or similar] or over the telephone.
A one off initial consultation is £100.
Although a one off consultation is a useful starting point most people find a package of care better meets their ongoing needs and is more economical. Details of the various packages are listed below.
Dietary support can be provided for a variety of health conditions including:

During the first consultation Clare will spend time exploring in detail your particular difficulties with weight control and eating, how your weight impacts on your health and well being, as well as understanding your eating habits, food intake and factors associated with weight control difficulties. She will then help you develop a personalised eating plan that meets your individual goals.

Mindful Eating Package
In our fast paced lives we often eat mindlessly; eating too quickly without really tasting food, eating when we’re not hungry or while busy with other activities such as driving or watching television. This often leads to overeating and limited enjoyment of food. Mindful eating is an approach that helps people to reconnect with their bodily signals and needs, change their relationship with food and overcome the guilt and struggles of dieting.
This 8 week evidence based treatment developed by Dr Michelle May helps people stop yo-yo dieting, overcome emotional, stress related and/or binge eating through the development of new ways of thinking about eating, activity and health. The programme is a powerful way of providing the awareness and structure to help you overcome mindless and emotional overeating and with the right guidance and support it really is possible to learn how to eat without feeling deprived and to have the foods you love without the associated guilt and shame so common in people trying to manage their weight.
